1/4 cup cocoa powder (1 oz)
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup chopped Almazonica Brazil nuts (2 oz)
Directions
- Melt the chocolate and butter
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter for 30 to 45 seconds. Stir until fully combined - Mix the wet ingredients
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and well combined. - Combine the wet and melted ingredients
Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture to the egg and sugar mixture. Stir until fully incorporated. - Add the dry ingredients
Sift in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until smooth. - Incorporate the Brazil nuts
Chop Almazonica Brazil nuts and gently fold them into the brownie batter. - BakePreheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
