Ingredients

  • 1 cup of dark chocolate (6 oz)

  • 1/2 cup of unsalted butter (4 oz)

  • 1/2 cup of white sugar (4 oz)

  • 1/2 cup of brown sugar (4 oz)

  • 3 eggs

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (2.5 oz)

  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder (1 oz)

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup chopped Almazonica Brazil nuts (2 oz)

Directions

  • Melt the chocolate and butter
    In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter for 30 to 45 seconds. Stir until fully combined
  • Mix the wet ingredients
    In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, white sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and well combined.
  • Combine the wet and melted ingredients
    Add the melted chocolate and butter mixture to the egg and sugar mixture. Stir until fully incorporated.
  • Add the dry ingredients
    Sift in the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until smooth.
  • Incorporate the Brazil nuts
    Chop Almazonica Brazil nuts and gently fold them into the brownie batter.
  • BakePreheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Pour the brownie batter into a greased baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.

Notes
